Wow, where to begin! We hired Avitech to install our Audio/Video & Security system during our home build process. I have never been a ‘techy’ person and I was so nervous, thinking I would be overwhelmed by all of the ‘bells and whistles’. However, I could not have been more wrong. Avitech has truly up-leveled my everyday life.
A house alarm and video cameras are always comforting to have, but Avitech’s custom home automation was the icing on the cake. I am able to control home lighting, music and streaming devices, the alarm system, cameras, and our thermostat. We have several different automation sequences in place to make our daily routines more efficient, whether it’s starting our day or ending our day.
One of my favorites is our Weekend Mornings automation – the lights turn on to a dimmed setting as well as our master bedroom TV, ready for me to be inspired by HGTV for my weekend projects!

Avitech has the best and the most superior service in South Texas. From the professionalism during the consultation to the knowledge during orientation. Very friendly staff and VETERAN friendly! I’d prefer to have a locally owned and operated system in my house rather than dealing with a corporation anyday. It’s discouraging when a Vivint rep agreed that their own prices are way to expensive compared to Avitech.

AviTech pre-wire my new house so I decided to have them install my alarm system. The Techs that installed it were very friendly and very professional. Hands down one of the best decesions I made on my new house was getting it pre-wired with these guys. Now that the flush mount speakers, sub woofer, wifi, outdoor speakers are up and running and can be controlled by my i-phone I'm in heaven. I'm not even a tech kinda guy. Absolutely loving our new security system! They answered all of my questions were super friendly and did an excellent job on the installation. We have had no issues with our security system and are loving all the features! Shelly was super helpful and made the process so easy for us!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Avitech & their customer service! Our alarm went off when we accidentally didn’t shut our door properly before leaving the house. Avitech staff called us within 2 minutes of alarm going off. Then, they followed up with a text the next day to make sure that everything was still ok with our house. THIS is what customer service is all about! Thank you for caring about people!
